The National Southern Oil Fields Company assigned its high-level and on-site supervision services for projects related to the Gachsaran area to Hirgan Energy Engineering Company for a period of 24 months based on the job description and technical specifications, the preliminary and detailed design of which was carried out by consulting engineers and executive contractors. Hirgan Energy Company is responsible for organizing its high-level and on-site supervision agents in different regions and units in coordination with the employer’s representatives and formulates and specifies the manner of their organizational communication with the head office and the employer’s representatives.

  • Mechanized project documentation control services
  • Coordination, execution and interim delivery services
  • Start-up, trial operation, delivery and guarantee services
  • Planning services, determining the method of work execution, work progress control
  • Estimation services, payment and cost control, contract legal affairs
  • Work referral services including preparing contract documents, participating in meetings before submitting tender rates, etc.
  • Engineering services including reviewing and approving engineering standards and calculation methods in various departments, etc.
