Mansouri Oil Field Maintenance and Production Increase Project

Mansouri Oil Field – one of the oil fields in southern Iran – is located 40 km south of Ahvaz city. In order to maintain and increase the production of this oil field, National Iranian Oil Company/National Southern Oil Regions Company has assigned the EPC activities (in different work packages) to Oil Industries Engineering and Construction Company (OIEC). Oil Industries Engineering and Construction Company has also assigned the engineering services of the following sections to Hirgan Energy Engineering Company (as the project design consultant). The related engineering services include conceptual/preliminary studies, detailed design and procurement engineering services.

Services subject to the contract:

  • Construction of a gas gathering and pressure boosting facility with an approximate capacity of 60 mfpd
  • Purchase, installation and commissioning of a turbo pump (along with all related requirements) in the old Mansouri exploitation unit
  • Construction of well sites, access roads, construction of wellhead facilities for 14 new wells (13 production wells and 1 wastewater injection well) and flow/wastewater transfer pipelines for the aforementioned 14 wells
  • Construction of a new 35-string manifold in the Mansouri Phase 1 exploitation/desalination unit and separation of flow pipelines related to 17 existing wells and construction of new pipelines from the branch point to the aforementioned new manifold
