Maintaining and increasing production of Mansouri oil field / Collecting and boosting pressure of Mansouri associated gases

In order to increase oil production from the Asmari-Mansouri field, the National Iranian Oil Company/National Southern Oil Regions Company has put on the agenda the following: “Construction of Mansouri associated gas collection and pressure boosting facilities with an approximate capacity of 60 mfm3”, “Purchase, installation and commissioning of a turbo pump in the old Mansouri exploitation unit with an approximate capacity of 75 hbar”, “Separation of existing flow lines and construction of a new manifold (in the Mansouri Phase-1 exploitation/desalination unit)”, and “Construction of well sites, access roads, wellhead facilities and flow lines for 14 new wells”, and in this regard, has assigned the relevant EPC activities to the Petroleum Industries Engineering and Construction Company (OIEC). The Oil Engineering and Construction Company has also assigned the engineering services for the above-mentioned work packages to Hirgan Energy Engineering Company (as the project design consultant). The related engineering services include conceptual/preliminary studies, detailed design and procurement engineering.

Services subject to the contract

  • Construction of a gas collection and pressure boosting facility with a capacity of 60 m3/h.
  • Purchase, installation and commissioning of a turbo pump in the old Mansouri operating unit with a capacity of 75 HPP
  • Streamline separation
  • Construction of a new multi-lane road in the exploitation/desalination unit of Phase 1 of Mansouri
  • Construction of well location, access road
  • Wellhead facility
  • Flow pipelines for 14 new wells
  • Procurement engineering services as a project design consultant including conceptual/preliminary studies, detailed design and procurement engineering
